We are fairly new customers but have been delighted with the support and response times provided by Poundhost to help us resolve some bedding in issues for our servers.
I have colocated in california, LA, Manchester, all of which I had massive problems with either due to network or silly overages they throw in the grind some extra cash. I was reluctant to join poundhost because of how cheap your guys are. How the hell do you offer 99.9% up time, with a mega load of bandwidth so cheap! Not complaining, just keep up the great service. I recommend you to all my server dudes!
We have not been with poundhost for that long, but in the time we have been with them and in the build up to us placing our first batch of servers in the datacentre, the whole team from top to bottom have been fantastic. When we have needed advice it has been quick, concise and accurate. When we have required access it has always been at our convenience and not when there is a technician available. Notifications of downtime and network activity are made well in advance and with full and understandable explanations, but the most important thing to a Managing Director like myself (who is not overly technical) ... when I talk to people there I talk to real people who listen and understand which makes me feel comfortable. I won't be recommending PoundHost to anybody though ... they may run out of space for me otherwise :)

Poundhost offers excellent service and value for money. I have been using the services of a variety of hosting providers since 1995, and have developed a discerning eye for a good deal. Replies to support enquiries are answered promptly and the staff are knowledgeable and keen to resolve any issues quickly.

PoundHost's service has so far been second to none. Having previously used a managed service for my co-located servers, I was forced into finding a new home. Free installation, OS install, and fast response to all of my questions have all contributed to making the move as painless as possible. I had absolutely zero experience in managing my own servers before now, but the encouragement to get on and try things for myself has helped enormously. A faultless network, with a high (As far as I am aware 100%) SLA uptime has helped me to offer my customers a great service. I will certainly be sending more of my custom your way in 2008.
